Consider this a no-pressure, safe space to come in and surround yourself by supportive people. You can participate in group art lead by Paz from Headspace or bring a book and sit in a corner and just enjoy the company of others without necessarily interacting with anyone.
There are different dates available based on age groups as listed below. Please feel free to tick just one or as many sessions as you feel comfortable with. Please be mindful though that there is a limit on how many we can accept so if you are unlikely to make it to a session, please leave it available for someone else.
For an hour on Wednesday afternoons (starting at 3:45) for ten weeks as a trial run, continuing through the school holidays.
No out-of-pocket costs involved but you do need a MHCplan. Don’t worry if you’ve already used the sessions or not, we just need a valid plan that is still within it’s 12 month period.
Feel free to contribute to the playlist below and/or bring your own snacks. (Please be mindful of avoiding nuts though as we are a medical center).
